Membership Application Forms and Directory Change Form

BDEIG is a non-profit organization for individuals interested in furthering their knowledge and skills in Brazilian and dimensional embroidery.  The guild publishes a quarterly newsletter and sponsors an annual seminar each year. Many areas have local chapters which you are encouraged to join.  The membership year is on a revolving basis.  Membership starts upon payment of the dues and is good for one year. This will include the following four quarterly newsletters.  Dues are $30 per year for US bulk mail or E-mailed newsletters, $34 for US first class or Canada, and $40 for overseas airmail delivery.  You may add e-mailed newsletters in addition to paper ones for no extra charge.   Please go to the printer friendly PDF form to print the application form and mail with your check, or the Online form to complete your application  online and pay with Pay Pal.

For address and other directory changes, go to the Change of Address Form.  Fill in the form and click on submit.
